12 to 11 Months to go
- Select a wedding date
- Set the wedding budget (consult your families on this)
- Select wedding church venue / wedding ceremony site

10 to 9 months to go
- Finalize the wedding date
- Reserve wedding church/ ceremony site and wedding reception venue
- Start selecting principal sponsors, wedding entourage and liturgical members
- Start working on your wedding guest list
- Start attending the two-day marriage seminar (Church requirement)
- Hire a wedding coordinator or wedding planner if desired (highly recommended)

8 to 7 months
- Start canvassing designers for your bridal gown and entourage gowns
- Start scouting for suppliers on invitations, misalettes, florists, photographers,
  videographers, musicians, cakes, make-up artists, give-aways (compare pricing,
  design and services offered )
- Finalize members of wedding entourage (Know their complete name with right
  spelling, addresses and contact numbers)

6 to 5 months to go
- Know and start processing legal documentations (see legal requirements section )
- Decide on theme and color motiff
- Meet designers and finalize designs and schedule of measurements for fittings for
  you and your entourage
- Decide on what the groom will wear
- Decide on and finalize contracts/ agreements with your chosen suppliers
- Finalize your guest list
- Have your invitation and thank you cards printed (1 invitation card would do for
  guests living in one place as long as names are specified)
- Start fitting of gowns

4 months to go
- Work on your misalette contents and consult a priest. Have it printed for first
  proof. (Lately misalettes are optional since the church requires the use of
  the bible during wedding ceremonies)
- Entourage especially principal sponsors should have different souvenir, start
  choosing one
- Select and finalize chosen songs for church ceremony and reception program
- Consult a travel agent for your honeymoon plans

3 months to go
- Wedding invitations should be delivered by this time especially for out-of-town   guests
- Work on church wedding requirements(see church and legal requirements section)
- Finalize design details on floral and set-up decor for the church and reception venue
- Finalize details on honeymoon with your travel agent

2 months to go
- Finalize details on choice of menu and beverage with your caterer or reception
  venue
- Have a trial make-up
- Set-up a food and wine tasting date
- Meet principal sponsors with your fiance and confirm attendance
  (get to know them well )
- Meet with the priest (so he can relate well to you during your wedding)
- Start reserving rooms for entourage make-up venue and out-of-town guests

1 month to go
- Confirm details with all suppliers including bridal car and room reservations
- Don't forget to arrange transportation for the entourage
- Confirm attendance of guests and Notify caterer on the final number
- Start designing seating arrangement if there's any especially the presidential table
- Arrange for a church rehearsal (at least 1 representative on each part of the
  entourage will do)
- Deliver all entourage's gowns including the groom's outfit
- Discuss reception program and participation of your entourage during the day

1 week to go
- Buy all last-minute items that you need for the wedding

  (stockings, robe, accessories, etc. )
- Despedida del Soltera!

2 days to go
- Turn-over any last-minute wedding details to your coordinator or to a well-trusted
  representative (a family member, aunt or best friend) and provide her
  with the supplier lists,contact information and agreements , to-do-list
  that would include time-line of the wedding day and even cash for all
  your payables during the big day
- Pack all your needed stuff for the big wedding day.
- Place in one storage all needed wedding materials during the wedding (bible,
  rings, misalettes, arrhae, cord,   etc) and turn it over to your coordinator
  or your well-trusted representative

1 day to go
- If you will be dressing-up in a hotel, check-in and bring your pre-packed luggage
- Go to a spa, get a massage, a manicure and a pedicure, a facial or what-have-you.
  Please make this day a self-pampering day.
  Relax . . . everything will turn-out great!!
