I. REQUIREMENTS BEFORE MARRIAGE
1. Interview with the Parish Priest at least one month before the wedding
2. Reservation (A fee of P500.00 not refundable)
3. Attendance on Pre-Cana in any Parish

II. DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED
1. Baptismal Certificate (issued at least three months before the wedding date and issued "for the purpose of marriage")
2. Confirmation Certificate
3. Marriage License or marriage contract if civilly married.
4. Certificate of Attendance of Pre-Cana Seminar
     Pre-Cana Seminar Schedule:
     every third Saturday of the month
     7am to 5pm
     P 200.00/couple
5. Marriage Banns (Tawag)- done at Principal Mass on three successive Sundays in the Church where the bride and the groom belong
6. Parish Permit (either bride or groom)

III. FEES
1. Wedding Fee of P7,000.00
- Monday to Saturday
- includes 5 Pairs of Principal Sponsors
- additional P100 per pair in excess of  pairs of principal sponsors

IV. CEREMONY
1. The time given for the entire ceremony is one hour and thirty minutes only, including picture taking after the Mass and recessional. Please be on time to avoid delays
2. Principal Sponsors (at most 5 pairs)

NOTE:
Please do come a day before your wedding in order to double check entries in the Marriage Contract (To avoid future problems which may probably arise later)
